That’s fine. Family-led conversations happen on an ordinary phone call, with prompts shown to the family member asking the questions. If you choose the optional AI interviewer, your loved one simply answers their own telephone — landline or mobile — with no app, login or screen.

Always. Whether family makes the call or the optional AI interviewer does, the conversation begins with a clear recording notice and spoken permission. They can pause or stop any time and decide what is kept.
